We had an excellent stay at CHD Rooms! The room was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: within walking distance to many attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The owner was incredibly polite and helpful, assisting with a late check-in, which we really appreciated. We'll definitely be coming back again!

CHD Rooms is a real gem in the centre of Ancona. The rooms are spacious and modern, the bathrooms spotless and new like the rest of the property. Excellent cleanliness throughout, including the shared kitchen with everything you need for breakfast or lunch at home. Top marks for the hosts' kindness. Located on a quiet street, yet still central, so you can relax away from the chaos. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

★★★★★
I absolutely recommend CHD Rooms for a pleasant stay in Ancona. It's a guesthouse run with great professionalism and care, where nothing is left to chance. The property and rooms are extremely clean and pleasant-smelling, everything new and modern, furnished with a simple yet stylish design. The photos match the assigned room exactly. Although self check-in/check-out is available, the host was present at both check-in and check-out, handed us the keys with some information and was available for anything we needed. The room has every comfort: comfortable bed, double pillow, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel dispenser, hairdryer, air conditioning, small mini-bar fridge. There's a common area where you can cook or have breakfast. Great location, a few steps from the centre and the restricted traffic zone; parking is fairly easy to find on the surrounding streets. Overall I absolutely recommend this place, you really feel great here!

★★★★★
An experience worth repeating. The property is very beautiful, spotless and well organised. The bed is excellent. Right in the centre of Ancona. If we come back to Ancona we will definitely stay again. If I had to find one small flaw, check-out is a bit early: we had a sports competition and couldn't use the shower. But apart from that, everything was really great.

I booked for just one night as I was passing through. A spacious triple room. Walking into the property and breathing in the fresh, clean air brought a sense of calm to our faces. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent welcome, elegant living area. We will come back whenever we can. A bit far from the train station but only 50m from the bus stop. A short walk from the centre. 10 out of 10.
